The Challenge
U Store It wanted their team on the ground to start creating content, but most had little to no experience. The barrier wasn’t ideas — it was confidence, knowing what to film, and how to actually turn everyday moments into content.

The Approach
I designed a hands-on workshop focused on making content feel simple and doable.
No jargon, no overthinking — just practical ways to think in social.

We covered:

  • How social actually works (in plain English)

  • What to film in a real working day

  • Simple video structures (hook, middle, end)

  • How to shoot and edit content on your phone

The Execution
A 3-hour, in-person session with a mix of teaching and doing:

  • Live examples and breakdowns

  • Group ideation exercises

  • Filming and editing content on the spot

  • Sharing and feedback in real time

There was an immediate shift in confidence across the team, with participants leaving the session having already created content of their own.

They came away with a clear understanding of what to post and how to approach it, along with a strong foundation for creating consistent, on-the-go content.

Ultimately, the workshop showed that anyone can create content once you stop overthinking it and start seeing your day through a social lens.
